Approximately 7 years ago we aligned ourselves with Partners Capital Solutions ( PCS ) and its affiliated entities to widen our scope of investment opportunities. PCS Loan Fund is a private equity lender of short term debt for various real estate projects. Many of the deals we do are in conjunction with, or along side PCS. Richard Shapiro maintains an office at PCS, and is an investor in the PCS and on the Loan Committee and Advisory Board of the Company.
