Richard B. Shapiro
For over thirty years Richard has been active in all aspects of the commercial real estate business including development, leasing, management and repositioning. Previously, he served as Executive Vice President of Wincorp Realty Investments, Inc. an American Stock Exchange listed REIT, Vice President of Elins Development Company, and EDM Equities, Inc. Richard serves as an Advisor to Partners Capital Solutions, Inc. In 2004, Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger appointed Richard to serve as a Commissioner of the California Horse Racing Board where he served as Chairman until December 2008. Formerly, he served as Vice Chairman of the Parkinson’s Institute, a world renowned research organization leading the way to find the cause and cure for Parkinson’s disease. He was also a Trustee of the Permanently Disabled Jockey Endowment and the Founder of the Richard B. Shapiro Vision Fund at Jules Stein Eye Institute of UCLA. Formally was on the Board of Directors of the Los Angeles Police Foundation and Ride On a therapeutic horsemanship non profit corporation. Richard received his B.A. in Political Science from the University of Southern California.
ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGER
Michelle M. Sayers
Michelle has been working as an Administrative Manager for the last 17 years. She initially started her career working with a prominent Beverly Hills Doctor for 5 years. During this period she honed her wide-ranging administrative skills. She then moved on to work with EcoManiacal Productions, which was converting a downtown Los Angeles warehouse space into an entirely eco-conscious TV/Film studio lot. It is here where she realized she was interested in the real estate management/development field. In 2012 she obtained her California Real Estate Sales License. Prior to working with Winco Real Estate Services and Wincorp Development Partners she handled administrative and field services for Brick & Mortar Residential Real Estate. Michelle has been an integral part of Winco Real Estate Services since November 2012.
