In 1997, a parcel of land was purchased in El Segundo. The property is extremely well located adjacent to the Los Angeles International Airport. An approximate 98,000 square foot state of the art industrial building was developed from the ground up by Winco. The building included 28 foot clear height ceilings, cross docking and 10% office area. Built to serve as either a freight forwarding facility or distribution/manufacturing facility, the property was leased prior to completion.

This 145,000 square foot property is a combination of industrial and office use. The property, until its sale in June, 2001, was client owned. Winco managed and leased the property for over 10 years. In 1994 the Northridge Earthquake hit this property especially hard and it had to be extensively renovated and repaired. Within 4 months the property was re-built and 100% complete and back in operation.
